Enjoy a blissful, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you enter our cozy space! Your teacher will guide you through a one-hour long challenging workout and will end each class with a relaxing stretch series.
Bayou Barre Method (American Barre ) incorporates arm weights, planks, and emphasizes eccentric strength training for your thighs, gluteals, abdominals, and back body.
Enjoy a good sweat while you embrace the shake!
Preservation Barre (Original Barre) is all about opposition--stability in one muscle while another works like mad! This technique incorporates deep stretching while simultaneously strengthening your muscles, all without props. You'll enjoy a long, lengthening warmup, a 360 degree strengthening of the thighs, and a complete workout of your entire core, including your gluteal muscles and side body.
Warning--you will see amazingly fast results with the Original!
Core + Stretch is a super chill class that emphasizes proper breathing, works the "core four"
--upper back, abdominals, seat muscles, and pelvic floor,
and stretches fascia around the hips, hamstrings, and inner thighs.
