Bayou Barre Method (The American ) incorporates arm weights, planks, and emphasizes isometric and eccentric strength training for your thighs, gluteals, abdominals, and back body. 
Enjoy a good sweat while tone and stretch! 

Preservation Barre (The Original) is all about opposition--stability in one muscle while another works like mad! This technique incorporates deep stretching while simultaneously strengthening your muscles, all without props. You'll enjoy a long, lengthening warmup, a 360 degree strengthening of the thighs, and a complete workout of your entire core, including your gluteal muscles and side body.
Warning--you will see amazingly fast results in Preservation Barre!

Beginner l'Essentiel Mat Pilates
offers a classical, beginner and beginner+ mat workout, perfect for newcomers and those wanting to perfect their technique, mastering core strength, flexibility,
​and muscle control. 


Intermediate l'Essentiel Mat Pilates is tailored to a seasoned client's needs, offering quickly flowing transitions and layers of challenges, adding onto our beginner class.

Our mat classes will leave you feeling longer, taller, and challenged in new ways.
It is a perfect complement to any one of our mind/body classes.

Semi-Private Reformer, where you'll improve strength, flexibility, and mental stamina with each session on the resistance apparatus.​

​​BAYOU BEATS is an upbeat Vinyasa flow set to a fun playlist, with the addition of light weights to add that extra bit of heat, strength, and variety. (Weights optional)

BAYOU BALANCE offers space for relaxation, stretch, and breath work in this super chill, core-focused class. 

PRIVATE PRENATAL YOGA offers time to slow down, connect, and support the changes taking place throughout each trimester with focused breathing, mental centering, and connection with your baby. 
​Each guided practice also includes stretching and strengthening the muscles required for birthing and motherhood.
