Expect to flow through intentional sequences designed to cultivate
between strength and flexibility, effort and ease, movement and stillness.
PRIVATE PRENATAL YOGA
Cultivate a greater sense of awareness of your changing body and growing baby. Each one hour session will allow you the time to slow down, connect, and support the changes taking place throughout each trimester.
Classes consist of focused breathing, mental centering, and connection with your baby.
Each guided practice also includes stretching and strengthening the muscles required for birthing and motherhood.
Up to three participants welcomed.
